Bobby Robson has finally got Laurent Robert onto his feet. The french winger Robert was destined to play an awful match on Saturday but things changed at half time. He upped the tempo and got stuck in thanks to Bobby. Over Robert's time at Newcastle Bobby has spoken to him on several occassions relating to his performances on the pitch, and it finally seems to be sinking in. Some critics were silenced in the second half of the West Ham match when Robert came on and stole the show. When Bobby brought Robert to Tyneside some people called him a gamble at 10 million, but after scoring in over 10 matches this season so far he seems to be a steal. Be sure and watch out for him in the world cup and the new season in Semptember!

Super striker Alan Shearer reaches a monumental milestone in his footballing career. On saturday the 20th April Alan scored his 200 Premiership goal and took it all in his stride.
